Community Grants Program
The Office of Multicultural Interests' (OMI) vision is an inclusive and cohesive society drawing on the cultural and linguistic diversity of its people to enhance the social, cultural and economic development of the State.
The Community Grants Program (CGP) objectives support the OMI Strategic Plan by encouraging participation, equity and promotion of all Western Australians in projects and events that remove barriers and enhance cross-cultural engagement.

Applications may be emailed or posted to the Office of Multicultural Interests, GPO Box R1250, PERTH WA 6844.
The onus is on community organisations to ensure that applications are received by OMI no later than 4:00pm on the closing date. Applications received or postmarked after the closing date for each funding round will not be considered in that round.

New opportunities for Lotterywest funding
Applications for Lotterywest funding must be submitted at least four months before your event. Please contact Lotterywest on (08) 9340 5270 to discuss your proposal before you submit an application. Lotterywest grant application information can be obtained from the Lotterywest website at http://www.lotterywest.wa.gov.au.
