Catalogue of Settlement Services and Programs for Migrants and Humanitarian Entrants in Western Australia

This database was developed by the State Government's Interagency Settlement Group to provide information on WA settlement services and programs for people from culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) backgrounds, including humanitarian entrants and new migrants.

The Interagency Settlement Group is made up of representatives from relevant State and Australian Government agencies.

The database provides extensive information on programs and services which were current at the time of collation. All possible efforts are made to keep the data up to date.

If you have any comments on the catalogue, updates on existing programs or information on programs that could be included, please contact us using our Online Contact Form.

For more information about listed services and programs, please contact the service provider directly.

Search the Settlement Services database

You will be able to find programs and services under the following categories:

  • civic participation
  • education
  • employment
  • family and social support
  • health
  • housing
  • justice
  • language services
  • transport.

You will also be able to search by location. Some programs and services are offered statewide, so please refer to the agency for more information on the best location to access its programs and services.

The directory has been made possible with the input of relevant State and Australian Government agencies and many non-government organisations that provide services and programs in this area.
